Our Story
Rusty Rooster RX Barbeque was founded in June 2023 by Reid Joines, a man who traded the daily grind of a regular job for the freedom of working for himself - doing what he loves most: cooking incredible food.
Growing up on a farm, Reid was no stranger to raising, butchering, and preparing his own meat. From a young age, he saw first-hand how food could bring family and friends together, creating memories that lasted a lifetime. That passion for homemade, real-deal cooking eventually led to Rusty Rooster RX—a place where you can taste the care and tradition in every bite.
At Rusty Rooster RX, we specialize in slow-smoked meats that are cooked to perfection:
🔥 London Broil / Pit Beef – Char-grilled, sliced thin, and packed with bold flavor.
🔥 18-Hour Pulled Pork – Smoked low and slow until it’s fall-apart tender.
🔥 20-Hour Brisket – Deep, smoky flavor with a perfect bark and juicy center.
